Wildfire Group Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

Welcome to the Wildfire Group. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern all use of the www.wildfire.group website (the "Site") and the services available on or at the Site (taken together with the Site, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Wildfire Group ("Wildfire"). The Service is offered subject to your (the "User's") acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Wildfire.

You must immediately notify Wildfire Group of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Wildfire Group will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

5. Responsibility of Contributors:

If you operate a website, comment on a website, post material to the Site, post links on the Site, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Site (any such material, "Content"), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content.

6. Payment and Renewal:

General Terms: By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Wildfire Group the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications).

Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify Wildfire Group before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

7. Cancellation and Termination:

Cancellation: You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

Termination: Wildfire Group, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time.

8. Changes to the Service and Prices:

Wildfire Group reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Service is provided "as is". Wildfire Group and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Wildfire Group, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

11. General Representation and Warranty:

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with the Wildfire Group Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
