If approved client-specific written terms conflict with this website Privacy Policy regarding a client engagement, those written terms control for that engagement.

3. ASSESSMENTS, REPORTS, AI-ASSISTED TOOLS, AND AUTOMATION
Wildfire may use software, automation, analytics, and artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to organize information, identify patterns, summarize public business data, draft internal analysis, route requests, support customer service, or help prepare reports and recommendations.
AI-assisted tools can make mistakes. Wildfire does not treat an automated output as legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. Material client-facing conclusions should receive appropriate human review before Wildfire relies on them. Do not submit confidential information to a public-facing AI feature unless the feature clearly states that it is approved for that information.
When you request a scan, assessment, report, or similar service, we may review public information about your business and information you provide. We may preserve evidence, scores, screenshots, findings, and recommendations to deliver the requested work, document our analysis, improve our methods, and maintain business records. Prospect information remains separated from production client systems unless the prospect becomes a client or an authorized build is approved.
4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We may use cookies, tags, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for purposes such as:
- Keeping the website functioning.
- Remembering preferences.
- Protecting forms and preventing abuse.
- Understanding website use and performance.
- Measuring inquiries and conversions.
- Supporting advertising or remarketing when those features are expressly enabled.
You can control many cookies through your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, Wildfire will provide the required choice and will configure the website to honor that choice.
There is not one universally adopted response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, Wildfire will honor a valid signal when the relevant technology and legal obligation apply.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to:
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, analytics, security, forms, email, telephone, text messaging, scheduling, payment processing, file storage, automation, customer relationship management, business intelligence, advertising, and professional support. They may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
Professional advisers
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.
Legal, safety, and security purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, government request, protection of rights, investigation of fraud or security events, enforcement of an agreement, or protection of a person or system.
Business transfers
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
At your direction
We may disclose information when you ask us to, authorize us to, or reasonably expect us to in order to complete a requested service.
6. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Wildfire does not sell personal information for money and does not operate as a consumer data broker. We do not knowingly sell lists of website visitors or client contacts.
Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics disclosures. If Wildfire enables technology that is covered by such a law and Wildfire is subject to that law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. EMAIL, TELEPHONE, AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide contact information, Wildfire may contact you about your inquiry, assessment, appointment, proposal, client relationship, report, billing, or related business matter.
Marketing email
You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may continue sending nonmarketing messages necessary to respond to a request, administer an account, provide a service, enforce an agreement, or address security or billing matters.
Text messages
Wildfire will send marketing text messages only when an appropriate consent basis exists. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when those functions are supported. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a Wildfire service. Transactional or service-related messages may be governed by a separate authorization or client agreement.
Calls and call data
We may retain call metadata, notes, voicemail, or call outcomes. If a call is recorded or transcribed, Wildfire will provide notice or obtain consent when required. Do not assume every call is recorded.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to requests, deliver services, maintain client and business records, preserve evidence, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations, and protect our systems.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the relationship, the sensitivity of the information, contractual requirements, legal obligations, and operational need. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through normal system processes.
9. DATA SECURITY
Wildfire uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and our business. These measures may include access controls, role limitations, secure service providers, authentication, encrypted transmission where supported, backups, logging, and incident-response procedures.
No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using secure devices, protecting credentials, and notifying us promptly if you believe information or account access has been compromised.

- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

- Request a portable copy of certain information.
- Opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising uses.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
- Appeal a decision on a privacy request.

Describe the right you are requesting and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and, when allowed, direct verification from the individual.
These rights are not absolute. We may retain or use information when permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, recordkeeping, contract performance, exercise or defense of legal claims, or another lawful exception.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The website and Wildfire services are intended for business owners, business personnel, and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and Wildfire does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact team@wildfire.group so we can review and take appropriate action.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website may link to or embed third-party websites, maps, scheduling tools, videos, payment services, social platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Wildfire is not responsible for a third party’s privacy, security, content, availability, or practices.

If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your home jurisdiction.
