EVOLVE — ONGOING AI & LOCAL VISIBILITY MANAGEMENT

Keep your visibility current as your business, market, Google, and AI change.

Evolve manages the connected visibility system for businesses with a sound enough foundation to improve over time. Wildfire watches meaningful signals, explains what matters, and changes the work only when the evidence gives the business a reason.

OBSERVE

Track meaningful changes

Watch the business, questions, reviews, competitors, Google, Maps, websites, and AI search.

INTERPRET

Connect change to impact

Avoid reacting to every headline or ranking fluctuation.

DECIDE

Act only with a reason

Act, test, protect what works, or keep observing.

Stage 03 of 03

Evolve builds on a foundation that can support ongoing work.

If major contradictions or website limitations remain, Wildfire defines the correction before treating ongoing activity as the answer.

What Evolve manages

Keep the connected visibility system current.

  • Business information and Google Business Profile
  • Priority website and service clarity
  • Reviews, reputation, and visible proof
  • Useful content and customer questions
  • Local competitor and market movement
  • AI visibility tests and source patterns
  • Listing and citation consistency
  • Website health, internal links, schema, and crawl paths
  • Inquiry quality and available conversion evidence
  • Plain-language reporting and direct recommendations

Visibility Pulse

Observe → interpret → act, test, hold, or keep watching.

Wildfire does not treat every update as an emergency. The system records what changed, whether it affects the business, what evidence supports a response, and the smallest responsible action.

Reporting

Every report answers four business questions.

  • What changed?
  • Why does it matter?
  • What did Wildfire complete or intentionally hold?
  • What happens next?

Current starting level

Begin with enough room to learn what the business actually needs.

The starting point and working terms below describe the current published Evolve relationship.

Starting level

Evolve Ongoing Visibility

  • Google and business-information management
  • Priority website and content improvements

  • Monitoring and Google Pulse decisions
  • Plain-language reporting and direct access

Taxes, hosting, advertising spend, add-ons, third-party charges, major development, and separately scoped work remain separate unless expressly included.

Questions, answered clearly

What business owners usually ask next.

What does Evolve cost?

The current published starting level is $997 per month for an appropriate single-location business. Exact scope and separate costs depend on the approved engagement.

Do I receive the same activity list every month?

No. The selected scope stays governed, but monthly emphasis follows evidence, business changes, and the work most likely to improve the current condition.

How will Wildfire communicate with me?

Through plain-language reporting and direct conversation when context or a decision is needed. The selected engagement defines the exact cadence.

What is the initial Evolve fit period?

Months 1–5 are the initial month-to-month fit period, billed monthly in advance. Cancellation during that period requires 30 days’ compliant written notice, and service and billing continue through the notice period.

When does the Strategic Review happen?

The Strategic Review occurs at or near the beginning of Month 5. Unless timely compliant cancellation notice was delivered, the initial 12-month annual term begins at the beginning of Month 6.

What are the annual-term payment options?

At the $997 starting level, the standard annual-term cadence is $2,991 quarterly in advance. An optional $1,096.70 monthly installment may be approved; it changes payment cadence and price only, not the annual commitment or service scope.

What acceptance and automatic-payment authorization are required?

A signed Evolve Services Operating Agreement and secure Auto-Pay authorization are required. Auto-Pay is required from Month 1 through every active commitment period.

What happens if a scheduled payment fails?

There is no contractual grace period. A Payment Exception may begin immediately. Suspension may follow the Agreement’s defined triggers; courtesy retries do not create a grace period. Continuing nonpayment may result in termination after 10 calendar days.

When does the Technical Reinstatement Fee apply?

The $250 Technical Reinstatement Fee applies only when manual restart or reconciliation is required before termination. After termination, Evolve cannot be reinstated and the business cannot return to Evolve.

The next responsible step

Ongoing work should begin with a condition worth maintaining.
