Project Operating Agreement for Wildfire Group


This document delineates the operational framework, warranty specifics, and the stipulations for terminating hosting services during the progression of the project.



I. Submission of Company Information

Step #1: Client Content Submission

The success of the project hinges on the comprehensive submission of your company's information. A pivotal initial step, you will be provided with a link to submit detailed business information, textual content for web pages, images, logos, documents, and crucial account details to ensure a smooth project flow. The thoroughness of the information provided directly correlates with the site's efficacy for users and its performance on Google’s search engine.



II. Design Process

Step #2: Initial Design Mockup

Following the receipt of all necessary details and the finalization of copywriting, we will present the initial site design. This design is formulated based on the information from our initial consultation and the completion of Step #1. We permit up to two revisions of the design concept.


Please Note: This phase focuses solely on the color palette and overall design feel. Specifics regarding photo selection and design placement will be addressed subsequently.


Step #3: Hosting Configuration

Hosting services, facilitated through our exclusive partnership with Amazon Cloud Services, are essential for making your website accessible online.


Hosting Steps Include:

Establishment of the hosting account with Wildfire Group.

Connection of your domain to the new website, without Google Search Engine registration.

Implementation of an SSL Certificate for website security.



III. Google Integration and Testing

A critical component for online visibility, this phase ensures your website is discoverable on Google:


Google Optimization and Analytics setup.

Google Search Console configurations, including sitemap submission and initiating Google crawls.

Registration with Google Business/Places, Google Maps, and submission to Google Search Engine.

Submission for Google Mobile-friendly recognition.



IV. Website Preview and Launch

Integration of approved copywriting with the design leads to a functional website preview, accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This step finalizes the visual content, page layouts, and integration of contact mechanisms and social media.



V. Local Basic SEO Setup

Initial SEO setup facilitates your visibility in search engine queries, with more advanced SEO services available for targeting specific markets.



VI. Social Media Integration (Optional)

Customization and integration of social media elements to enhance user engagement and maintain brand consistency across platforms.


Deliverables Include:

Social media link integration.

Social sharing functionalities.

Customizations for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.



VII. Warranty Provision

A 30-day post-launch warranty ensures the website meets your expectations and functions optimally.



VIII. Hosting Service Cancellation

A 30-day advance written notice is required for the cancellation of hosting services, with late notifications affecting the subsequent billing cycle.



IX. Additional Content Provisions

While additional content is encouraged, it should not impede project milestones or delay payments.
